Glass Adhesion Promoter (GAP)
The Glass Adhesion Promoter (GAP) product line was specially formulated in partnership with the technical team from 3M™ Corporation. The GAP formulation incorporates Dow Corning® Silane which permanently changes the surface of glass from hydroscopic to hydrophobic. The GAP is recommended to be applied prior to the application of 3M™ VHB™ Acrylic Foam Tape. It will optimize and prolong adhesion to glass in applications where moisture and humidity is likely to occur. Our GAP is packaged in 4 container options:
- GAP-1 is an individually sealed pad for convenient one-time use. It is cost effective, consumer friendly, and compact in size. GAP-1 is ideal for a wide variety of applications, such as inclusion with kits for application in the field.
- GAP-4 is a four-ounce plastic bottle with a pump applicator packaged 20 units per case. It is an ideal size for spot and medium size applications.
- GAP-11 is an eleven-ounce aerosol container packaged 12 per case. It is also a convenient size for spot and medium size applications.
- GAP-128 is a one-gallon plastic container and is packaged four per case. This size is ideal for large scale applications.
Aerosol Lubricants
Custom Pak Products’ lubricants are advanced cleaners that are made from superior based oils and synthetic additives. The lubricants are made for all types of chains and moving parts for industrial, house-hold, garden, bicycle, motorcycle, automotive, truck and sports equipment. Lubricants prevent rust, corrosion and carbon buildup. They clean, lubricate and displace water.
Aerosol Silicone Spray
Custom-Pak Products’ all-purpose silicone sprays are manufactured to prevent friction, waterproof surfaces, and inhibit corrosion.
CA Activators
Custom-Pak Products’ Cyanoacrylate (CA) Activators are specially formulated to speed the curing for instant bonding, needing no clamping, leaving no mess, and requiring no mixing. The CA Activators will bond to most metals, plastics, rubbers, leathers, ceramics, and many other surfaces.
Eco-Friendly Degreasers
Custom Pak Products’ biodegradable and environmentally safe degreaser cleans grease, oil, corrosion, and sludge.
Waterproofing Coatings
Custom-Pak Products offers a unique dry-spray Hydrophobic Coating that has the ability to repel water, ice, moisture, and also inhibit rust and corrosion. It acts as a release agent on a variety of surfaces and is applied to products such as satellite dishes, concrete mixing equipment and tools, snow blower chutes, rubber boots and numerous other applications.
